We want you to have a great shopping experience with us because we are hoping for your satisfaction, but in the event that you do want to return your purchase here are the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges are outlined in our return and refund policy, so please read it carefully.
1. Return and Exchange Policy
1.1 ) 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: We provide a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days on every purchase. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item if you're not entirely happy.
1.2 ) Eligibility: The item must be in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It ought to be unopened, in its original packing, and complete with all accessories and supporting materials.
1.3 ) Return Procedure: Please get in touch with our customer service at kleantinkle@gmail.com or via the chat button to start a return or exchange. We will work with you to make your return as easy as possible and walk you through the procedure.
1.4 ) Refund or Exchange: We shall handle your refund or exchange within 2 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned item.
2. Refund Procedure
Refunds: The payment method you used for the initial purchase will be utilized to complete your refund if you are qualified for one. Because processing dates can differ, please give the refund a fair amount of time to appear on your account.
3. Cancellations
Order Cancellations: Anytime you want to cancel your order before your items are shipped you are more than welcome to, till the point your purchase is dropped off at the carrier UPS, USPS ect… you may ask to have it canceled. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to carriers.
